Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 June 2026
These terms apply when you use StreamRanker. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
1. What StreamRanker does
StreamRanker helps you find movies and series available in your selected country, streaming services, and original languages. Recommendations, scores, ratings, posters, and availability are informational and may not always match current provider catalogs.
2. Eligibility
StreamRanker is not intended for children under 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are old enough to use it under the laws that apply to you.
3. Accounts
You can use StreamRanker without an account. If you save with email, your email address and saved title data may be stored so the app can sync across devices. This includes seen titles, series progress, watchlist titles, liked/disliked titles, hidden titles, and private lists. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping access to that email account secure.
4. Account deletion
You may delete your account from the in-app account menu. Account deletion removes the account and associated synced saved-title data, series progress, and private lists. If in-app deletion fails, use the Support contact form with the email address you saved with.
5. Third-party data and services
StreamRanker uses third-party data from TMDB and OMDb. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. IMDb ratings are shown as evidence where available. StreamRanker is not affiliated with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, Microsoft, Google, TMDB, IMDb, OMDb, or any other streaming or ratings provider unless explicitly stated.
Streaming provider names, logos, posters, titles, ratings, and other content remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for any streaming subscriptions, rentals, purchases, provider terms, and regional availability rules that apply outside StreamRanker.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the app.
- Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute data in a way that violates third-party terms.
- Do not use the app for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, account controls, or API protections.
7. StreamRanker content and rights
The StreamRanker name, interface, ranking logic, text, and original design elements are owned by the app developer or licensed for use in the app. These terms do not give you rights to copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app.
8. No warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that recommendations, ratings, metadata, scores, search results, or streaming availability are complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StreamRanker and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate availability, ratings, metadata, third-party services, outages, or use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. App store terms
If you access StreamRanker through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, that store's terms may also apply. If store terms conflict with these terms, the store terms apply only where required by that store.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
