Please include your country, selected services, device, browser, and a short description of what happened. For account requests, use the same email address you saved with.

Account deletion

If you saved with email and want your account deleted, use Delete account from the in-app account menu. This deletes your StreamRanker account and associated synced seen titles, series progress, watchlist titles, liked/disliked titles, hidden titles, and private lists.

You can also request deletion through the contact form. Choose Account deletion, use the email address you saved with, and include "Delete my StreamRanker account" in the message. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address before deleting account data.

Guest data that is stored only in your browser can be removed by clearing the app's browser storage or deleting the app from your device.

Data sources

StreamRanker uses TMDB for movie and series metadata, TMDB watch-provider data for availability, and OMDb for IMDb rating lookup. Availability can change by country, provider, and device.
